Ray Koontz has always provided superior customer service to the thousands of Mercedes-Benz clients he has assisted over many years. He has worked for the local Mercedes-Benz dealership for 14 years. He started as a Service Consultant, but for the majority of his time there he served as the Service & Parts Director. During this time, he has trained dozens of Service Consultants to provide quality customer service. He has received numerous awards, including the Mercedes-Benz Gold Achievement Award and the Mercedes-Benz Platinum Achievement Award. As always, he will provide you with sound advice concerning your vehicle's maintenance needs. He will explain all repairs and charges for your approval. The warning light for the airbags came on so I took my car to the Mercedes dealer and they conducted a diagnostic test ($144) and told me I needed a new control panel at a cost of around $800.

I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to MB Experts. Lucky I did - the problem was a faulty fuse! Cost - a token $45 - and, by the way, they did a complete check of my car - cost $0.

If you need work on your car, you couldn't do better than to check with MB Experts first.

I found a shop that the former shop foreman at Mercedes has opened in 2008 and got a seconded opinion free of charge. It turns out that I only need right side lower ball joint and right side control arm replaced. They will do it tax included for $616. that includes front end alignment and they will do all brake pads and rotors for $784. tax included.
I decided to have them do it this time. It will be easier on me and I would probably screw something up with the bushing. Also the complete control arm has to be replaced the ball joint in that is a part of the arm.
So for $1,400.00 I am on the road again.
This shop seems really good I am lucky to find them the dealer can not be trusted to do the work they say that they will do.
If anyone needs a Mercedes shop in Naples, this one is the best I have seen.
